Is Skywalk API part of AppFolio®?​

No. Skywalk API is an independent service built by AppFolio® users for other AppFolio® users. We are not affiliated with AppFolio®.

How much does Skywalk API cost?​

Pricing is usage-based and billed per AppFolio account. GET calls are $250/month per 10,000 API calls. POST calls are $200/month per 1,000 API calls. Contact us if you need higher volumes.

Can Skywalk API write data to AppFolio®?​

Yes. Our API can write data into your AppFolio® accounts. The current POST endpoint is only Tenant Charges. Contact support to learn more about writing data.

Can you help me to integrate Skywalk API into my application?​

What if the data I need is not available on Skywalk API?​

Let us know by email support and we will work with you to find a solution.

Can I use multiple AppFolio® accounts?​

Yes. Our platform lets you access AppFolio® with many accounts if you need to.

Is Skywalk API safe?​

Yes. All Skywalk API communications are done over secure HTTPS connections and all passwords are stored and transferred with encryption. Learn more about Skywalk API security.
