How much does a plan cost?

It depends on your volume and how many AppFolio® databases you connect. Tell us what you run and we send you a price. The seven-day trial needs no call.

Do I need a developer?

No, not even for the API. For MCP, sign in using your existing AppFolio® account and paste one link into Claude or ChatGPT. For the API, Claude Code or another coding agent can read the docs and write the integration for you. And if you would rather hand it off, that is what consulting is for.

Does the trial need a card?

No. Seven days of a limited Automate on your own portfolio, no card, no call. At the end you pick the plan that fits.

Can I change plans later?

Any time, in either direction. Your connection, keys and everything built on them carry over unchanged.

Is this affiliated with AppFolio?

No. Skywalk API is an independent third party. AppFolio® is a registered trademark of AppFolio, Inc.

Can writes break my books?

Write scopes are off until you turn them on, only API keys can write (AI assistants only read), and every call is logged.

What if I go over?

Nothing breaks. We tell you, and you move up when it makes sense.
