Do we need IT?

No. If you can sign in to AppFolio® and paste a link into your assistant, you are done. There is nothing to install; the server runs on Skywalk’s side.

Can more than one person use it?

Yes. One connection, and each teammate pastes the same link into their own assistant. Their conversations are their own, and the log shows who asked for what.

What if someone asks it to change something?

It tells them it can’t. The MCP server only reads AppFolio®; changes stay with your team in AppFolio® itself.

What happens on day 30?

On your own login the connection pauses until you sign in again. A dedicated Skywalk user never pauses, which is why we recommend one for a team.
