Scheduled Jobs

With Scheduled Jobs, Skywalk API accesses AppFolio® and retrieves updated data for a specific Object type on an ongoing basis.

This lets you keep your data up to date without the need to run a server.

Each plan has specific limits for the quantity of jobs and frequency they can run.

Scheduling

You can configure Scheduled Jobs through the dashboard on each endpoint to run on an interval of every N minutes, hours, days, weeks or months at a specified time.

NOTE: when scheduling monthly updates, please use a calendar date in the 1-28 day range. Doing a monthly interval on dates 29-31 are not supported at this time.

Webhooks

You can also configure a webhook on your Scheduled Job to be notified when your data is updated.
